Product: HP VICTUS 16

Hi,
My HP victus 16 laptop heats up and fans accelerate only when I plug in the charger and runnig software that utilize the GPU
This results to a BSOD, VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR, 
It works fine when on battery power
Any help will be much appreciated
