Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Have ordered 17 inches Omen Laptop with increased capacities close to $3,000. The shipment came in OK, hooked up OK, Amazing speed all went well. But have returned it! WHY: The windows key functionality did not work. Window + Print did not print. Window + R did not run the command field. Window + Shift + S did not snap. The essential functionality I needed was not there. SO CALLED THE SMART FRIEND (I included in purchase) hoping for a quick solution.

WHAT A DISASTER! Have spent total of four! hours (over three days) talking to different people about my W key function problem. Was asked to run different updates and usually asked to call next day. The new person did not really know what the story is. Nick, Mike to name few. Finally got Catherine (Katrine?) a real winner, who did not have a clue what the problem is, and I had to repeat the whole Windows key functionality issue again. Finally, when she mentioned that "I do not know what the problem is" I decided to return the laptop. Bit sad because it appeared perfect. But stay away from "Smart Friend" No help at all!! Doubt I will go for another HP product. Bit sad, always had HPs.
