Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

La computadora va perfectamente bien y todo pero cuando me pongo a jugar algun juego siempre sufro bajones de FPS, por ejemplo, estoy jugando a 60 FPS y de la nada me baja a 20 o 10 por un buen tiempo y asi durante juego cualquier juego 

Alguna ayuda?
