HP Pavilion Gaming 15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sorry if my English is bad. I want ask about my HP Pavilion Gaming 15 laptop. Does the laptop support the autocut power feature? When playing games I have to charge my laptop and I know it's not good for the battery unless it has the autocut power feature. I have searched for this feature through the HP software but I couldn't find it.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

A power plan is a collection of hardware and system settings that manage how your computer uses power. Power plans can help you save energy, maximize system performance, or achieve a balance between the two.

In Windows, search for and open choose a power plan to learn about, customize, and choose a power plan.

For more information, select one of the following links:

Most of the HP laptop does have power auto cut off feature and its system manged The battery stops accepting power after it is fully charged. It will remain at 100% as long as it is plugged in and is fine.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
