Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1021ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am playing games on my HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1021ax but i have to keep it plugged in for maximum performance. i have read somewhere that keeping my battery at 100 might hurt its longevity. I tried activating battery optimization in BIOS but it is showing Enabled/Not Activated in my battery tests.

Any idea how to fix this ?

Please get information from HPSA.

As you can see on my Omen machine Adaptive Battery Optimizer is Not Supported.

 

Side note: Battery on my Omen machine suddenly died  before Christmas 2020. I could not afford to buy a new one which (cost A$226). I decided to run machine thru UPS because I only you it once or twice a month. 

 

One day it resurrected and it is OK now.
