Hello,
I bought Omen 15 with rtx 2060 / ryzen 4800h three months ago. After one week of using i noticed strange symptom. When playing games like The Witcher 3, PES 2021, NBA2k21 i experienced dropping fps from 60 to 5-10. I only play games with power supply plugged in. When it happens i need to replug the cable (pull out from laptop and then plug one more). It usually helps, but i think something is broken. Have read a lot about similar issues and decided to ask for help.
Unfortunately i have experienced couple of times when my laptop shut down - it may be related to battery drains/not charging with power adapter plugged in.
What is more sometimes when i have battery plugged in and my laptop is turned on i notice that the white diode of power is blinking. I read the manual and there are 3 types of light - constant white =all ok, the battery is full - red = the battery is charging, and blinking white = the battery is very low. I have done all the test from Your Assistant/Bios, and battery/power supply, source of supply are okey.
Before i give back under warranty i would like to know Your opinion. Maybe there is a simple solution.
Waiting for Your response 🙂
