My problem is that my battery status is suddenly marked as very weak even though I check my battery status always then my battery it stays in 0%. I would like to know if it is still covered in warranty for battery replacement or it is not and if it is possible for battery replacement. I live in the Philippines and I would like to know if it is wise to bring it in the service center or to the store where I bought the laptop. Thank you!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the battery on the computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the exact issue you are facing with the battery?
Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check whether the issue is resolved.

If you continue facing the issue, then follow the steps in the below article to run a test on the battery.
