Product: HP Omen 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, so my HP Omen Laptop is plugged in but it has stayed at 3% for the past few days. I have updated all the drivers and everything but nothing is working. Can someone please help me as soon as possible because it’s finals week in my college
