Yesterday, My omen turned off while using it, when I turned it on it didnt so I thought the battery died, so when I plugged it in I saw that battery was 50 so I thought it was a one time issue, but today again that happened this morning but this time the battery is not charging and I got an error message saying battery storage is low, so I ran a battery test, from which I found this
Battery Check: Primary - Replace(40)
Primary: Logic State - Bad Cell (40), Charge State - Blown Fuse (42)
Failure ID: QC66UC-8S49KW-MFPURA-C0B103
Primary Battery
What do I do in this situation?
My laptop runs only when plugged in, and turns off as soon as I take out the power cord.

Hello @WellWisher
It means your battery has come to its end of life and has now failed. You would have to replace it or at least remove it.
Your model is a CTO version, so there are no specs to look up. What graphics card is installed, a GTX 1060 or 1070 perhaps?
If so, you will have to look up a third party seller online somewhere and purchase a battery if you want it replaced. HP does not stock batteries for that series.
The part is Battery 6 cell, 95 WH, 4.15 Ah, LI PN: 853294-855
Your manual... http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05260118
It wont hurt anything to use the laptop plugged in to the AC cord, and it will game much better that way also.
