Hi, so I've recently started getting a screen on load up telling me that the storage capacity of the battery is too low and needs to be replaced, when I enter my serial number or any other valid number it doesn't recognise it in the store so I can't find how to get a new product, if anyone could help me with this it would be super helpful, I've had the laptop for just over 2 years so would be interested to know if anyone else has experienced the same as I honestly didn't expect any battery issues, especially so soon.
