I just got my HP Pavilion Laptop 15-eh3xxx Yesterday and it was all fine but today I noticed how the battery percentage is stuck at a certain number and it doesn't change at all, Right now it's stuck at 99% even after 2 hours of usage. this issue could end up making the laptop suddenly shutdown without me noticing because of it being stuck. I already tried uninstalling the battery stuff in Device Manager but that didn't work.

probably, you should always have the BIOS updated, or make a power reset

So I tried looking for a BIOS update but the issue is that it's labeled with ''(Intel Processors)''  

My Laptop has an AMD Processor

I do not know where you enter, you did not put the complete series of your model for that reason I give you the generic link for that model and indicates BIOS Intel

I just updated it and it finally showed (100%)  so I believe it has been fixed, Thank you so much.
