Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am having HP Omen bought in the USA but I am using it in INDIA. My laptop got swelled, it seems like it is having some battery issues. I contacted the service center, they asked me to contact the support because it is a common problem in the Omen series. I am really frustrated I need some answers.
