Hello, I ran the battery check and apparently my battery is completely damaged. I think I got it with the wrong charger and it ruined my battery. I want to know which type of battery and charger I should get for my laptop. Can you help please? The product ID is 3VT93UA#ABA.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 
After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications of your product and found that you have 3-cell, 52.5 Wh Li-ion  installed on the PC.

Here is the part number: L08855-856 you can enter the part number in Google search bar in order to purchase one.
