Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I updated my windows and when I turned on the laptop the next the battery didn't charge and it said "plugged in- discharging" and now I can't turn on the laptop for over maybe 10 sec so I can't access any software. I'm trying to open the laptop to disconnect the battery but haven't been able to open it yet.

@Arminus75 are you able to run the laptop plugged in with out the battery in? Just courious
