Just got an OMEN 16 with intel 255h and an rtx 5070. While the laptop is plugged in and I game, the battery is still draining a bit. At first I thought it was only due to using 'unleashed' mode, but it also does it just in performance mode. Is there something wrong with the battery? The charger? A setting?

Ok so I'm a moron. Lol
In 'Unleashed' mode AND in 'Performance' mode, it clearly states that the battery can be drawn from while plugged in and both modes even have a slider to determine how much extra juice the system can draw from the battery betwen 10 and 40% in order to provide the system more power than the chargher can draw from the wall alone. So in essence, in those modes, the charger is pulling the maximum that it can from the wall AND additionally a certain percentage from the battery simultaneously.
Only in 'Balanced' mode or 'ECO' mode is the battery guaranteed to stay at 100% charge while plugged in and under load.
Not ideal, but it makes sense since the charger/power adapter is only rated for 150w.
