Hello HP Support Team,

I am writing to request a warranty battery replacement for my HP Victus 15‑fb2082wm (CT: 6KXCN0K81JB4FV), which is still under warranty.

Symptoms include:
– Erratic charge levels (e.g., 8 Wh remaining while system shows 94%)
– Red blinking LED during charging
– Slow or inconsistent charging
– Failing to charge low battery unless plugged in

Diagnosis from HP Battery Test generated this **Failure ID**:
