Hello, as descripted im trying to figure out while i'm playing heavy games such as call of duty and similars, my notebook that is plugged in at 100%, starts losing charge... If i play for example 2 hours, the battery percentage drop from 100 to 80% moreless even if ipower supply is plugged in. I would like to know if is this a problem and how could i fix it. Here my build:
Processore 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
RAM installata 16,0 GB (15,6 GB utilizzabile)
Nvidia Geforce rtx 3060
Windows 11 home
