I have a HP Omen 15 and almost all of the time I use it in the exact same place all day so I dont usually move it around and dont have any use for it as a "laptop". However I dont want to have the battery constantly charging so I tend to drain the battery everytime it reaches 100% charge, but this can sometimes cause performance issues when I play games. Is it possible to remove the battery and use the laptop by having it constantly plugged into a power source?
Thanks.

Correct.
Here is the page to Drivers, User Guides, etc for your model.
Go to OMEN by HP Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide to see replacement procedures.

Hello @Avektor,
You could technically remove the battery but its not practical and that model was not designed to have the case opened up frequently.
Laptops now days with non removable batteries are designed with this in mind. When the battery is to capacity, the PC will stop charging the battery as to not overcharge it.
Draining the battery everytime its fully charged is only adding to the recycle count. A battery can only be recycled so many times as you already know.
Gaming should be done with the power cord connected regardless of the battery being present or not.
If you wish to have the manual for the battery scheme, tell me the full model number of your Omen so I can look it up.
