I got my battery replaced at a hp center in my place and it again became worse within 5 months of usage so when I took it again they told that the batter is swollen and they will send it to the service center run some tests and gets finalised wheater I'm eligible for my replacement. Is it not true that if my battery gets swollen in this less time that It'll get my replacement for sure. If not what's the tests they'll run ? Then how will I get to know about my eligibility? 7 days without laptop will affect my studies a lot as being an college student Anyone please help!
