Battery swollen

Hello,

So yestarday when i wanted to use my laptop i saw the chassis was bent in touchpad area and somehow cracked open. I took some photos and i open it. Big surprise the baterry had expanded and almost broke the chassis.

I have the laptop for about 3 years and i didn't use it that much. Mostly when i was away, home i use PC, battery had the same life span like i when i bought it. 

After reading many many many similar issues with HP laptops i am asking myself, why is HP selling faulty batteries?

In mid 2019 i sent the laptop to get serviced because of heating issues, wasn't fixed, i had to undervolt it and still on a cooling pad with 4 fans it goes around 85 degree Celcius playing games like Euro Truck Simulator or Farming Simulator 19. But according to HP support gaming laptops run that hot, which brings me to the issues that makes a battery to get swallen, also according to HP:

Keep it on charging for long periods of time. (HP said for a better gaming experience and maximum perfomance keep the laptop plugged).

I kept mine on a cooling pad at all the times and doing also recharging cycles. Thay makes me think, if there are issues how an Omen supposed to work, why they don't make a removable battery so like that we prottect it during long periods of gaming and use it only when is necessary?

In 2019 when i had it serviced, Hp was running a program to recall all faulty batteries, mine wasn't replaced, why? Should i look and search all the time on what kind of factory issue my laptop will have? 

Anyway, now is out of warranty and will not replace it anymore.

My question to the community is: If i get a new battery, what can i do to protect it and not think it will get swallen and breake the laptop or even worse, explode in my face. On my previous laptop also gaming ones from other manufacturers i never had this issue. 

Is there a better aftermarket that will not swallen? My baterry is a HP SR04XL.

I open allready a case to HP support with photo, but i am affraid the battery they will recommend will be as bad as this one. 

They say is not a safety issue, but in same time tell you to stop using the laptop untill you get the battery replaced. I just got mine out before it will make a permanent bend on the chassis or breake the touchpad.
