Product: Omen by HP laptop 17-an012dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please I use to have a battery which never change to exceed 90% and due to that the battery spoiled and I have bought a new one and installed it today and the battery percentage was at 51% and I have been charging it the whole day it’s not increasing in percentage and it’s not showing not charging too

i have the exact charger for the laptop too

please I need help before this battery spoils too
