Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was playing a game and didn't realize the battery was about to run out and suddenly it turned off because the battery was running out. I charged my laptop and the battery was full and I closed the plug suddenly my laptop also turned off. is there a battery problem? or others?
