Battery

The laptop i have in my hands, was bought in April 2023. I realised right away that there were problems with the battery, with the system over heating and the extreme use of the fans! Also this laptop is taking way too much time to execute simple tasks! Asi had important work to do, i didnt rush to send the laptop back in the first week or the first month! I was hoping the situation will be fixed by new upgrades! I was wrong. Finally i send it to the HP SERVICE TEAM of ATHENS. They said they fixed it and i was good to go. After some days the laptop continued to have the same problems, but i wasnt able tos end it back once again for format cause i would lose all of my work! So after 1 year and half i gave to the service team again! They said they did some diagnostics tests and that the laptop is very good operating! After almost 2 months of usage and specifically in July of 2025, there was a message in my screen that was telling me that the windows are soon EXPIRING! After many hours of investigating with the help of CHATGPT , it was sure that the windows that they fixed in my PC werent the official Windows pack that is supported by my Motherboard! They didnt use the official windows KEY, but instead they used some other KEY enterprice mirror KEY, something like that!!! I dont know why. Then in September of 2025 there was a new message that the battery has a problem! This problem may be many months or even years to my PC but it wasnt showed to me because the windows were fake! Thats what i believe! The GREEK HP SUPPORT TEAM didnt want to lose money on fixing my problem so they put some fake enterpriece KEY to my software and hide the problem. Now please tell me. What are the actions that i can take and finally have my PC fixed and working as a proper so powerful machine that it is and not like a laptop that its weak and very low in power and abilities! The laptop continues to lag and stuck in various tasks without being pushed to the limits!
