After reinstalling HP audio-drivers I can`t open Beats Audio Control Panel. When I`m trying to open it Realtek panel just opens.

For you to have the best experience in the HP forum I would like to direct your attention to the HP Forums Guide:
I grasp that after upgrading to Windows 10 and reinstalling the HP audio drive you are unable to open the Beats Audio Control Panel. When you attempt to open it, the Realtek panel opens.
Would you try this step.
Uninstall the audio driver and then run the HP Support Assistant .
Please read this post by @erico and let me know if it helped. Not able to find Beats Audio after upgrading to Windows 10
