Bios Fast Boot

Does my HP Pavilion (HP Gaming Notebook

Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @2.60 GHZ) have a Fast Boot setting in the Bios. If so where is it located.

Couldn't find Fast Boot so I guess my laptop doesn't have it. 

Been trying to install Linux. Tried lots changes to Bios etc. but can't get it to install on my laptop.
