Hi, my hp pavilion gaming laptop is really slow and barely runs fortnite even though I have seen other people's hp pavilion laptops run fortnite smooth. I was wondering if I have not updated the bios yet (my current bios update is F.20 back in May) but when i go to the hp support website and enter my serial number in no information for the current drivers and bios updates show up.

It is highly unlikely that updating the BIOS will enhance the performance of your notebook.


BIOS updates update the BIOS security and fix known bugs that may happen with a specific PC model series.

 

Regarding any available BIOS updates...No one can answer your question without knowing the full model number or product number of your notebook.
