I send my hp laptop for a repair and when it comes back, it has a administrator password for entering bios. I don't know what to do

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you sent the pc for repair, but you are getting a BIOS Password screen and are not able to bypass. Please just leave it blank and enter if still not working. Please share the case number or Pc details in private so I can try to find more help.
 

Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
