Hi @ykarthik 

 

Press the Win + R keys, type msinfo32, and then press Enter. This will open the System Information window. Look for “Motherboard Product.”

 

Write the number and verify that it matches the BIOS number

So don't enter the generic model of your laptop; enter the product number so we can look it up.
