@raheemw,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

Unfortunately, I do not have a happy message.  Your PC issues are the same as spelled out in this discussion: Re: Victus 15L (89D8 / Erica8) fTPM 3.94.0.5 fails Call of D... - HP Support Community - 9697006.

@raheemw,

Hi my friend -unfortunately, this is the frustrating part of the situation.

If you're asking, "Is there anything I can do right now to get into Black Ops 7 while waiting for HP?", I don't want to send you on a fruitless round of TPM resets and BIOS settings that won't solve the actual problem.

The underlying failure is the firmware attestation requirement, and as mentioned in the link I referenced, your HP Victus 15L TG02-0xxx is specifically included in HP's advisory for the affected legacy AMD platforms. HP's published position is that it does not intend to provide the BIOS remediation for this platform.

That leaves Activision/Ricochet as the party that could potentially provide a software-side accommodation.

I know that's frustrating -especially when the machine is otherwise perfectly functional- but I would rather give you the honest answer than have you spend hours resetting things that cannot fix a firmware limitation.

Peace, my friend. I wish I had a magic BIOS switch for you here, but I don't want to pretend there is one when there isn't...

Kind Regards,

@raheemw,

That is correct: there will be no BIOS update from HP to fix things so that you can play Black Ops 7.
