Product: Omen 17

Weirdly this morning my Omen 17 was working just fine other than not being able to detect when headphones were plugged in. I did the auto-resolve for the audio troubleshooter but it failed so I shut down the laptop and went somewhere... When I came back and turned it on the screen was black (not even a loading screen). I've tried turning it off and on again, doing a hard reset, hitting escape (not sure if it does anything since the screen is still black). Also seems like I can toggle the keyboard lights up to a certain point and it doesn't work anymore. And I've tried connecting it to a monitor and it had no output.
