Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (7K2V7AV)

Had bought laptop, only used a handful of times and did not use for around 5 months due to lost charger. 


I bought a new charger and turned it back on today to find a black/grey block on the and some horizontal lines. I have updated all my graphics. What could this be and is there a solution?
