Hello everyone,
I recently ran into a black screen problem with my PC. When I boot it up, nothing shows up. the power on light is ON, and the left fan is running. But appart from this nothing much happens. No startup sound whatsoever, no screen displayed, even with an external monitor on HDMI Cable. So basically even if there was anything going on, I can't see nothing.
two days ago, I was still able to get display through an external monitor via HDMI, So I tried to solve the black screen problem with solutions given from the internet. I checked the ram (remove the sticks and put them back), and also disconnected / reconnected the battery. It seems that the complete absence of display happened right after these checks.
I am clueless about what's going on, and I am hopping for anyone to give me assistance, it would be awesome.
Thanks

Hello,
I tried the solutions you provided to me, and none of them worked.
I can't do anything that require on screen action because as I said, there is nothing displaying whatsoever
It seems that the only remaining options would be to get it repaired. Can you provide me with informations about it ?
Thank you
