Hi Dear Reader. My name is Nikita.
It is a long ongoing issue, sometimes my laptop screen simply remains black after restart . (the windows seems to boot completely fine, the external screens are always working correct. So my conclusion is - there is an issue with the laptop screen )
Another interesting behaviour, is whenever You install nvidia driver, the screen turns black. So to complete the setup of Nvidia drivers I need to use an external screen or force reboot.
I have done all the attempts to fix this on software level. Multiple windows reinstallations, bios updates, manual clean installations of nvidia drivers, none of this has helped.
Moreover, I had contactad HP support by phone regarding this issue (approximately half year ago), however I was just told that it is "normal". That time I was very busy with other things, but I actually want the laptop for ~3k to start its screen during every boot. Also I don't think this is normal.
I think the issue requires an actual repair.
Thank You.
