Starting today, I have a blank window that will not close, minimize, or move. It is persistent after restarting, reinstalling, and updating windows.
If I end the "Gaming Hub Background" task in Task Manager, it will go away, but once I plug in another monitor or restart, it will reappear. I believe this is linked to the HP Omen Gaming Hub software (which is what I reinstalled).
I recorded a video of me attempting to interact and close it.
Here is a screenshot as well.

Thanks, Banlix. I tried that, and it seemed to work, but they also released an update that noted the bug was fixed. So either way, it's fixed!

Try turning off notifications from Windows settings.
