Blue textured lines across screen, freezing and instability, fails on ram test screen.

The photos I attached are what is going on with it. When the bottom right side before the num pad is pressed, sometimes the blue lines will come up, or just at random. The lines freeze my whole system. Any help is greatly appreciated. it is the HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-cx0020nr
