Bluetooth button and settings disappeared

from a long time i am dealing with this missing bluetooth setting on my victus laptop, and it fix itself sometimes but then disappears completely from the laptop, and there is no way it is coming back, tried so many driver updates and tricks on the device manager but is not working.

Show Hidden Devices in Device Manager

• Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
• Click View > Show hidden devices.
• Check whether:
• A Bluetooth category appears.
• Any Bluetooth device is shown as greyed out.

If you find greyed-out Bluetooth devices:

• Right-click each Bluetooth entry.
• Select Uninstall device.
• Restart the notebook.

Perform a Hardware Reset

A hardware reset can help clear temporary hardware communication issues.

• Shut down the notebook completely.
• Disconnect the AC adapter.
• If the battery is removable, remove it.
• Press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds.
• Reconnect the power adapter.
• Turn the notebook back on and check whether Bluetooth has returned.

Restore BIOS Defaults

• Turn off the notebook.
• Power it on and immediately press F10 repeatedly to enter the BIOS.
• Press F9 to load BIOS defaults.
• Select Yes to confirm.
• Press F10 to save and exit.
• After Windows loads, check Device Manager again.

Scan for Hardware Changes

• Open Device Manager.
• Click the computer name at the top of the device list.
• Select Action > Scan for hardware changes.
