Product: HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1010nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Drivers, installed and uninstalled. Reverse the work, will not connect at all, sometimes I get an unknown and then it goes away. Picked up a speaker not in the house, then it went away. Turned it off and turned it on in settings, nothing. Tried my new mouse, would not connect. Yet, I still have drivers and nothing will connect to it. Outside of Wifi/BT chip all connections are good. Did not find anything on the label of the back cover nor in the parts book about having a physical BT yet I have one new from the box 2 yrs. ago. Any ideas would be great. thanks
