I have tried multiple solutions such as bootrec /rebuildbcd and multiple other command prompts but nothing is working. Update I have put in a windows key but it said windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem insert windows installation disk and restart your computer I have also went to boot device options and selected the USB key to boot with same message appeared both times I booted up with the 32 bit option. 64 bit didn't work either I'm probably just gonna send it into omen. I'm now trying to reinstall windows via the key I have as 64 bit
