So I have hp omen 17 cb0000, 2019 version
I was playing cs2 I alt tab and my pc froze I couldn't do anything at all so I force shut it down, but it got stuck in infinite boot loop, I ran test of the hardware and found that.
Smart check: passed
Long dst : warning
So here's 2 questions that I'd to ask if anyone can help me with.
first can I recover the documents on my ssd even though I'm stuck on this boot loop
second I removed the ssd and tried to use another one to see if it works but got same issue.

Hello,
Can I recover the documents on my SSD even though I’m stuck in a boot loop?
Yes, it is possible to recover your documents, but it depends on the nature of the problem with your SSD. Since the Smart Check passed, it suggests the drive is not entirely dead, but the warning from the DST test implies there could be some issues with it. You can try the following options:
Use a Live USB to boot: Create a bootable USB with Linux (e.g., Ubuntu) on another computer. Boot from the USB on your HP Omen and access your files on the SSD. You should be able to copy your documents to an external storage device.
Remove the SSD and connect it to another PC: If you have an external SSD adapter or a second PC available, you can remove the SSD from your laptop and connect it to another computer to recover your documents.
Use data recovery software: If the drive is accessible but corrupted, software like Recuva or EaseUS Data Recovery can help recover files.
2. You mentioned you removed something but didn’t finish your sentence.
If you were trying to remove something like additional hardware (RAM, another drive, etc.) or components to troubleshoot, please provide more details so I can guide you further.
If the SSD is failing and recovery becomes difficult, I would recommend considering professional data recovery services, though they can be expensive. healthcare gov
Let me know if you'd like more details or help with specific steps!
Best Regards

First thank you for your kind reply, I'll try the first suggestion.
As for second what I removed was the failing ssd and tried to use another ssd that is working fine to see if it will work, the other ssd already had windows installed and everything but It was still stuck in boot loop.
So my question was how can I get the other SSD to work, the one I switched to.
