Hello everyone,

 

Here is my problem: Yesterday I decided to install an update at night except that when starting this morning I find myself on this screen:

Knowing that it worked perfectly well before the installation of the update, I tell myself that the problem comes from there...

The problem is that I am in the middle of an exam session and the options offered on the blue screen do not lead me to anything at all

 

I made a hp diagnosis and he tells me that part of the ram is dead...
