I’ve taken the laptop in once already to Best Buy and it worked fine for a couple months and then I got the same errors again. I’ve gone through the steps online and noticed I don’t have the option for System Configuration > UEFI HII Configuration > Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology and don’t have the intel optane listed. What can I do to fix it?

Most of the time it happens immediately when I turn the laptop on. The times that it survives the start up process and I’ve logged in and began to use it, randomly it will just die. I hear what sounds like a click from inside the computer every time it has the issue.
