Hello,

 

I bough my son an Hp Pavilion Gaming laptop 15-ec2011eq Product Number 4Q6C7EA. After six months when he was playing a game the laptop freesed and since then it restarts and at the hp logo we get a bluescreen. Automatic repaire also gets a bluescreen, if i try to boot a bootable usb with windows it also gives a bluescreen.

I made the diagnostics from bios an i get failed on ram 1 slot 1.

I have warranty so i did send it to the service that is authorized by hp in my country

and they send it back with the mention that the hardware is been tested and it needs a windows reinstall.

What can i do ?
