Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb1001AX

I own a Victus by HP 15.6" Gaming Laptop (Model: 15-fb1001AX, Product Number: 8L083PA).

The bottom panel of my laptop is coming off on its own, near the hinge area. It hasn’t been dropped or damaged in any way — in fact, there’s not a single scratch on the device.

This started happening recently and seems to be a manufacturing or adhesive defect, not wear and tear.

My warranty expired in December 2024, but I would like to know if HP offers goodwill support or a free replacement in such cases.

I can share clear images of the issue if needed.

If anyone has faced this or got it resolved, please guide me on what steps to take.

Thanks in advance,
—Prathamesh
