Hi,

I first bought a Victus 15-FB0160NF that crashed and would not ever start again on the second day I used it.

I went back to store and as this model was their last one, I was directed to a higher model Victus 15 reference 15-fb2032nf (AM1R9EA). Since I have it (about 2 weeks now), it keeps restarting randomly without any warning or specific error.

It seems to happen more frequently when I am not using it much (watching video on Youtube, net surfing) and less frequently when playing games (Stream).

Sometimes it works during 2-3 hours, and sometimes it restarts after only 15mn.

To sum up, I am facing problems with two different Victus 15 units. I am quite careful with my computers and never had such problems with my previous ones, whatever the brand.

So it may be no luck for the first unit... But is my second problem known or is it simply that Victus series are to ban ?
