Hello, I recently bought this brand new gaming laptop from hp, the omen transcend 14 which now i regret buying. I bought it on the launch day at our place from an official hp store. Ever since I bought the laptop I have noticed some quality issues. It is that the screen of the laptop appears to push out from the bezel whenever i tried opening the laptop. I have contacted the store and they suggested to give replacement and I have checked more than 3 fresh units from two different official stores of hp and sadly all the fresh models have the same issue. Finally i got this replaced model which appears to have this same issue with the display but at a small degree. Apart from that now i started noticing an unfinished surface at the lid bottom as there is a super minute gap between them. It is so unfortunate that i got this poor quality control for the expensive product i purchased from hp. Since I am currently not at the country where the purchase is made I am completely helpless at this situation.
