Hi there, I purchased the Omen X laptop around December-2018. I recently noticed when I was putting my laptop inside a bag, That it was open from the front. So to check I unscrewed all the screws and found out that battry is bulging, So I went ahead and removed it. Please checkout the images attached and let me know if you can help me with this issue.

I see you are experiencing issue with the Battery on the Omen X Laptop. I apologize for the Inconvenience. 

 

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers and should be able to sort this out.
