Hello,
I own an 17ck-2000 omen laptop 2023 model with an rtx 4080. A bit some time ago, I accidently squished the metal tip of the adapter (the part that inserts into the jack) deformity it and breaking the plastic ring. I was able to make it circular again with screwdriver and it charges, but not good because it needs an angle to charge at and sometimes it would make sparks. As I understood, it's the missing plastic ring that causes the issue. Is there a way I can buy a replacement ring somewhere?
Thank you in advance.
