CAN NOT LAUNCH OMEN COMMAND CENTER (The network is not stable. check out your connection)

I installed OMEN Command Center from Windows store. When i run the program appears the messesage that System requires  additional updates with the option for downloadind. But when i go to download, the window pops up  with the messesage The network is not stable. check out your connection with internet and try again later.

I haven't seen that error before so Im not sure whats going on. I assume your internet connection is currently stable?

Check your bios and make sure you have F.17 Rev.A.

You can find it in the HP Support Assistant.

IF not, here is the download... sp88698.exe

Then go to Windows updates and manually initiate a search. When its done installing whatever it finds, give the OCC a try again.

Hi, thank you for help..

My connection is good, and i tried to update that from other connection and it was same .My BIOS is alredy F.17 Rev.A. but the situation is same..

Did you try updating Windows from the Windows Update tool from All Settings, not from in the OCC?

Also go to Services from the Search bar and look for HP Omen HSA and make sure its set to run Automatic, and started from the top left corner.

IF that does not work, Im not sure whats wrong.

Perhaps uninstalling it and reinstalling will help.

Hi, i solved the problem. I deinstalled the program and i download it from Hp site,  but now my Command center looks like this  there is no any option here is something wrong?
