And my problems are

- Date and time stucks at the last time time I used it

- Battery percentage stuck at 0%

- Only runs on ac

- immediately turns off when disconnected to power

Is this a Bios problem or my battery needs a replacement

The reason you can't find a CMOS battery is because the laptop does not have one.

The main battery also serves as the CMOS battery to maintain the BIOS and system clock settings.

Below is the link to the service manual for the model series:

Maintenance and Service Guide HP Pavilion Gaming 15 Laptop PC

Chapter 3 has the list of parts.  You will not find a CMOS or RTC battery part number.

Chapters 5 and 6 have the component removal and replacement procedures.

You will not find a procedure to remove or replace a CMOS or RTC battery.

Can u please help me find a original hp replacement battery I am unable to find a genuine replacement battery [ PG03XL (L48495 -005)]

You're very welcome.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to contact HP's authorized parts suppliers that do business in India and see if any of them have or can locate a genuine HP battery replacement for your notebook.

The HP Parts Store | HP Computer Parts | HP Printer Parts | HP parts | hp batteries | SSD | printhea...

If they don't have a genuine battery, you will have to buy an aftermarket replacement that references the HP L48495 -005 battery part number.
