I have a HP Omen 16 laptop. One day I encountered a CMOS Checksum Invalid error, although that was a few weeks ago, and I've never encountered that since. Sometimes my system acts like it's unplugged. When I'm gaming, I'll have sudden fps drops as if someone cut the power supply, even though it's still connected. I fix it by simply restarting. But why does this even happen, not all the time but enough to get me concerned. I believe the battery might be faulty, I am not sure.
